Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and DrKing (“DrKing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to our website, applications, and related AI-powered communication and growth services (the “Service”).

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use the Service. If you use DrKing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. In that case, “you” includes the organization.

Any additional terms presented for a particular feature apply to that feature. If they conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms govern that feature.

You may need an account to access certain features. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

• Use a strong password and keep your credentials private.
• Do not share access in a way that bypasses your plan’s user limits.
• Contact us through the Service promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the devices, internet connection, and permissions needed to use DrKing. We may request reasonable verification to help protect your account.

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during your access period.

You agree not to use DrKing to:

• Create unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive content.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
• Upload material you do not have permission to use, including another person’s confidential information.
• Disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, bypass security measures, or access another user’s account without permission.
• Scrape the Service, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or resell access without our written permission.

You remain responsible for your communications, the audiences you contact, and any consent required for those communications.

You retain your rights in the information, prompts, and other material you submit (“Input”). You give DrKing permission to host, process, and transmit your Input as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

As between you and DrKing, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you (“Output”). We assign to you any rights we may hold in that Output. AI-generated material may not be unique or eligible for intellectual property protection, and other users may receive similar results.

A human touch matters. AI can make mistakes. Always review the facts, tone, and suitability of an output before you use or share it.

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for reviewing Output and ensuring your use respects applicable laws and third-party rights. DrKing does not guarantee particular communication, business, or growth outcomes.

DrKing retains ownership of the Service, including its software, branding, and design. If you choose to provide feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without compensation to you.

Some features require payment. The price, billing interval, included features, usage limits, and any trial conditions will be shown before you purchase. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

If you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method until you cancel. You can cancel through your account’s billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your purchase terms. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected. If a payment fails, we may restrict paid features after giving you an opportunity to update your payment details.

We will notify you in advance of changes to recurring prices. New prices will apply to a future billing period, and you may cancel before they take effect.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, retained, and protected. Please review it before submitting personal information to DrKing.

The Service may connect with third-party tools, websites, or providers. If you enable an integration, you authorize the information exchange needed for that integration. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which you should review.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or independent actions. You can disconnect optional integrations through the relevant account settings.

You may stop using DrKing at any time. To close your account, use the account controls available in the Service or contact us through the Service. Cancel any active subscription to stop future renewal charges.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if we must do so to comply with law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it before taking action.

When access ends, your permission to use the Service ends. Export any content you wish to keep before closing your account. Retention and deletion of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We work to provide a useful, reliable Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from these Terms, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data. DrKing’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to DrKing in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the Service or your account email, unless an immediate change is needed for legal or security reasons.

Changes apply from the effective date stated in the notice. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms and any applicable purchase or feature-specific terms form the agreement regarding your use of the Service.

Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it together. Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory right you have to seek remedies through the courts or consumer authorities available under applicable law.
